TrafficSpeedViewer is a plugin for MSIE in the form of a little panel (both available in the View -> Toolbars -> TrafficSpeedViewer menu as well as in the View -> Explorer bar -> TrafficSpeedViewer menu), with the help of which you can view the speed graphs of the inbound and outbound network traffic.

Besides the graphs you can see the average, current and maximal (for the time interval which is determined by the speed updating time values) speed value in the digital form.
